Urban Heat Island Mitigation in short

I just came across an interview with Sue Grimmond, Professor of Physical Geography at King's College London. It is a very good summary of my blog posts so far. She presents an interesting table from one of her publications in the Geographical Journal in which she lists factors that contribute to the Urban Heat Island and measures for mitigation:
